Welcome to HarCo Village. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of harcoconsulting.com, the HarCo Village membership community, the O-You Assessment, and any courses, guides, emails, or text messages provided by HarCo, LLC ("HarCo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site, taking the O-You Assessment, joining HarCo Village, or opting in to our emails or texts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Who Can Use HarCo Village

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, join HarCo Village, or make a purchase. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our Services

HarCo provides personal development content, coaching resources, and community support built around the O-You Framework (Values, Vision, Village, and Action) and the book Officially You: The Glow Up Within. This includes the free O-You Assessment, the HarCo Village membership community, courses, guides, live or recorded sessions, and related communications.

Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

HarCo Village offers personal development coaching and educational content. It is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services. Nothing in our content, coaching, or community should be treated as a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Membership and Payment

  • HarCo Village membership is offered on the plans listed at the time of purchase (including any free tier, monthly plan, or annual plan).
  • Paid memberships renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled before the renewal date. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of access.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you provide your phone number and opt in, HarCo may send you text messages related to your account, your O-You Assessment results, appointment reminders, and updates about HarCo Village.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies based on your activity and our communications.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Community Guidelines

HarCo Village is a supportive space. By participating in the community, you agree to:

  • Treat other members and HarCo staff with respect.
  • Not harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
  • Not share another member's personal information without their permission.
  • Not use the community to sell, promote, or solicit outside of what HarCo permits.

We may remove content or suspend access for anyone who violates these guidelines, at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through HarCo Village, including the O-You Framework, the book Officially You: The Glow Up Within, course materials, guides, worksheets, videos, and the O-You Assessment, is owned by HarCo, LLC or used with permission. You may use this content for your own personal growth. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or teach this material to others as your own without our written permission.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarCo, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Your results from the O-You Framework, coaching, or HarCo Village depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HarCo Village or our services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services or cancel your membership at any time as described above.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
